Monitoring bat activity

Exeter University has been monitoring bat activity around the Nordtank over the summer 2013. This is part of an ongoing research project to establish the interactions between bats and turbines and what evidence there is of collision risk and barotrauma.

‘Nora’ dealing well with the easterlies
